  • At this current time masking is optional for all guests at this time. Please let us know if you would like your stylist to wear a mask. We are more than happy to do so.
  • Only clients receiving a service may enter the salon, unless accompanying a child under 12 receiving a haircut. Children may not accompany parents during the parent’s appointment. Siblings are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.

Have you experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19 or any other illness (fever, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of taste, or smell but not limited to ) within the last 5 days?

Yes. (Stop. You cannot enter the salon unless you are symptom-free for the past 5 days.)

Capacity rules
Only guests receiving services will be permitted in the salon, parent or guardians may accompany a minor child to their service. No siblings/or additional persons will be permitted to attend another sibling's/or person's appointment. If a parent/ guardian has an appointment they may not bring a child/or additional guest with them to their appointment.

Cancellation/ no show and deposit rules
48hr noticed required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
Any deposit for an appointment over 1hr WILL NOT be credited towards future services if guest
NO SHOWS or cancelled with less that 48hr notice prior.
Any deposit for an appointment WILL be credited to future appointments if rescheduled or cancelled 48hrs prior.
